The agreement between you and Verova Group Ltd for use of VerovaShield.
These terms ("Agreement") are between you ("the User") and Verova Group Ltd, trading as VerovaShield ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or the VerovaShield app, you agree to the terms set out below.
VerovaShield is a digital safety app that helps users check messages, phone numbers and websites for signs of scams, phishing or fraud, and helps block known nuisance and scam calls. VerovaShield provides guidance to support your own decisions — it does not guarantee that any message, number or website is safe or unsafe.
The app is intended for general use. If you are using it on behalf of a family member, please make sure they are comfortable with how their information is used, in line with our Privacy Policy.
New users are entitled to a free trial period (currently 3 days) when the app launches. After the trial ends, continued use of premium features may require a paid subscription, as shown in the app at the time.
VerovaShield Pro is an optional upgrade that provides verified company contact information. We aim to keep this information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it will always be current.
Reports submitted through Verova Community help improve protection for all users. By submitting a report, you agree it may be used, in an anonymised or aggregated form, to help identify scams and nuisance numbers.
While VerovaShield is designed to help you make safer decisions, no security or scam-detection tool can guarantee complete protection. If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, contact your bank and the relevant authorities immediately.
You agree not to misuse the app, including submitting false reports, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect your use of the app, we will give you reasonable notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
